Milan Franklin

Milan Franklin (b. 1988) was born and raised in Steilacoom, WA. In 2018, after attending a workshop with artist Emanuele Dascanio, he was directed towards Grand Central Atelier in New York to study classical drawing and painting methods. He attended their Winter Drawing Bootcamp in January 2020 and later that year maintained daily attendance in online workshops, in an attempt to replicate a full-time curriculum. He studied for three years with Scott Waddell in his online mentorship program, established a life room for long pose figure drawing and painting practice, and he’s been in Christopher Remmers’ Conscious Creativity Academy for three years.
